Honest Woman's Review.. lemme explain My unit was old and was landlord specialed to death by the previous owner. I knew it.  Jeremy knew it. We were gonna nurse it for one more year...... the AC had other plans. He let ME decide when I was ready and said they would do whatever I wanted to do. Nurse or replace. WHEN I TELL YOU! Best purchase I made all year and it's only been 2 days He installed it to what dubbed the ✨️Independent Woman style✨️ ✨️He put the flush RIGHT by the filter so I don't have to reach round NUTHIN to shock it between services.. I barely have to lift a finger to get it done! ✨️Raised the outdoor unit higher on a new slab so it's out of reach of flooding or something like that (he said it's standard but idc.. it's quality work! Lol) ✨️AND he wrote the filter size right on the indoor unit so I can't say i don't remember 🤣🤣🤣 He really thought of everything i didn't even think of to ask!! Is this a standard install? I don't think so! Ask any of my friends with brand new houses if their ALSO brand new ACs have ANY of this! I already did! THEY DON'T!! After a full 24 hours running.. my usage is already cut in half!! 🥹 the way I squealed and kicked my feet lol I like my house set to icebox!! It's already paying for itself in the lack of stress in remembering things and electricity usage! I can't thank him & his crew enough Time for the REAL review.. ladies will get it One of THE MOST POLITE servicers I have EVER met And this is coming from someone who is ABSOLUTELY FREAKED when people come to my house to service ANYTHING for any reason I never had to have my guard up and I never felt like he was taking advantage of me being a "woman homeowner" like I always have to do when I get my car serviced, etc He answered my questions no matter how stupid and educated me Not once patronized me when talking to me ✨️This goes for his crew too!✨️ I've met about 4 of them in the times they have been to my house ALL outstanding guys! I let them in.. Never once had to check on them coming in and out of my house Courteous of the fact I was working from home and in meetings at the time Said he'd be done in 6 hours.. done in 4! They even fixed my rugs EVER time he or his helper came in and out the front door and they moved even a tiny bit!! They left not a THING behind.. not a bit of trash.. not a tire mark.. not some leftover dust.. Aside from the horrendous sound my AC used to make no longer being there.. you never would have even known they were in my house!! IF ANYTHING it was CLEANER than when they came in 🤣🤣😭😭 He cleaned tf out of that utility closet 🤣🤣 He kept his word EVER single time He responds fast Paperwork is always right and organized and sent when he'd say I could go on and on! We lost our AC last night at midnight. The Deel family, local to Green Cove and Even on a Sunday, when everyone else was closed, Jeff was loading up his boat to go fishing. He dropped everything to come help our family this morning. He promptly came over, diagnosed the issue, got the necessary parts, and had everything fixed before noon. Thanks to him and his family business my family now has the luxury of AC in this Florida heat. We are so blessed to know them. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night at 6:00 pm when it was 90 degrees! Called Jeremy and he was on his way to us within 30 minutes. The service was efficient, professional and very affordable, even for an after hours weekend call. He showed us what to do in future situations to troubleshoot problems. Such a positive experience. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.  My air went out at friday night. I sent a message early Saturday morning.  I got a call within 15 minutes.
